You can plan and submit your reservation requests 90 days in advance. To ensure a smooth process, please make sure to submit your reservations at least 10 days before your event. Spaces will be allotted based on staff availability. For any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to contact our Associate Director, Kristal Castro, at kriscas8@upenn.edu.
Starting September 1, 2023, ALL Events (undergraduate, graduate, postdoc, staff & faculty) serving alcohol must register with the Office of Community Care. Due to staffing, all events serving alcohol must occur on a Monday or Wednesday.
Student groups: Due to the University’s temporary guidelines, any student groups interested in reserving space with the LGBT Center must be PennClubs registered. Please email Kristal Castro, (kriscas8@upenn.edu), for support if your group is not, yet, PennClubs registered.
