Space Availability - LGBT Center

To ensure a smooth process, please make sure to submit your reservations at least 10 days before your event. Spaces will be allotted based on staff availability. For any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to contact our Associate Director, Kristal Castro, at kriscas8@upenn.edu.

ALL Events (undergraduate, graduate, postdoc, staff & faculty) serving alcohol must register with the Office of Community Care. Due to staffing, all events serving alcohol must occur on a Tuesday or Thursday. 

Student groups: 

• Due to the University’s guidelines, any student groups interested in reserving space with the LGBT Center must be PennClubs registered. Please email Kristal Castro, (kriscas8@upenn.edu), for support if your group is not, yet, PennClubs registered. 

Please note: We do not accept reservation requests outside of regular hours, including weekends.
