You can plan and submit your reservation requests 90 days in advance. To ensure a smooth process, please make sure to submit your reservations at least 10 days before your event or 15 days if your requested time falls outside of our business hours. Starting September 1, 2023, ALL Events (undergraduate, graduate, postdoc, staff & faculty) serving alcohol must register with the Office of Community Care.
